Sofair (sofair.ai) generates the AI-discovery layer for your website:
llms.txt, ai-info.json, business-profile.json,
head-snippet, and related artifacts. By creating an account or making a purchase
you accept these terms.
1.What you get
- One-time scan: one discovery run plus a set of artifact files. Files are available in your Personal Area for at least 12 months.
- Subscription: one discovery run per week and continuous serving of the artifact files from our domain. Cancel anytime — files generated during the subscription remain available for 30 days after cancellation.
- Agency: negotiated separately; this page doesn't bind agency terms.
Current pricing is shown on the order page at the moment of purchase. The price on your receipt is the legally binding amount for that purchase.
2.What we don't do
- We don't crawl behind logins or paid walls. We scan the same surface a public AI bot would see.
- We don't sell your data. Your scan output, contact info, and payment metadata stay between you, us, and our payment processor (PayPal).
- We don't guarantee placement in any specific AI assistant's results. Our job is to publish standards-compliant metadata; the assistants decide what to ingest.
3.Refunds
14-day no-questions refund window from the date of payment. Email [email protected] and we'll process it within 3 business days. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion — typically yes for technical issues on our side, typically no for «changed my mind».
4.Acceptable use
Don't use Sofair to:
- publish misleading information about a business you don't represent;
- scan sites you don't own or have permission to scan;
- circumvent rate limits or attempt to exhaust our resources;
- resell raw scan output to third parties under your own brand without an agency agreement.
5.Liability
The service is provided as-is. Our maximum liability is the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months. We're not liable for indirect damages (lost revenue, reputational harm, etc.).
6.Changes
We may update these terms; the «Last updated» date at the top reflects when. For material changes affecting active subscribers we'll email you at least 14 days in advance.
